The goal is simple: give businesses a reliable way to handle routine booking enquiries when their team is busy, without replacing the people who handle the more important in-person and complex work.

The current demo is built for a fictional dental practice, but the same workflow can be adapted for salons, clinics, physiotherapy practices, workshops, and other appointment-based businesses. Each version can use the business’s own opening hours, services, calendar, and call-handling rules.

For dental use, the assistant has clear safety boundaries: it does not provide diagnoses, medical advice, binding prices, or insurance guarantees, and it directs urgent symptoms to appropriate emergency dental care.
