How It Works

1. Add Your Products
Manually enter warranty details or — the game-changer — scan your receipts, invoices, and guarantee papers with AI. Upload a photo or PDF, and the system automatically extracts:

• Product name and brand
• Category (electronics, appliances, vehicles, etc.)
• Purchase date
• Warranty duration and expiry date
• Notes and additional details

The form auto-fills with the extracted data. Review, adjust if needed, and save.

2. Get Reminded Before Expiry
Keeply’s automated cron job runs daily and checks for products approaching expiry. You receive professional email reminders at three key moments:
